Use of the Lucy Ellis Lounge is limited to use by LAS Faculty and Staff in support of College (LAS), School (SLCL), and their departments.

Important Information:

• An ID is required to reserve the room
• No on-site IT support - it is highly recommended you visit the room prior to your event to test the equipment
• Directions for equipment are posted in the room
  
• Guidelines for use and clean-up are posted in the room
• To use your own equipment, please be sure to bring the following:
  • Power cord/power supply
    
  • Any special adapters

Available Equipment:

• Computer with basic office software
• Region-Free DVD/Blu-Ray player
• VGA and HDMI connections for laptops
• Overhead projector
• Projection screen
  
• Dry-erase white board
  
•  Built in - short range PA system

How to get the key:

• Go to the reception desk in 2090 FLB
• Provide a valid ID associated with the reservation
• Return key to the 2090 reception desk or place it in the drop box on the outer door of 2090 when your event has concluded
