This room has been designed and configured with a primary initiative to aid in the development, execution, and support of (BTAA) Big Ten Academic Alliance (Course Share) courses.

Initially we will be following a reservation/first right of refusal protocol - Every attempt will be made to schedule BTAA reservations within the first 10 days of each semester.

Non-BTAA reservations may be requested at any time with the understanding that reservations may be altered and/or canceled* at any time in order to meet the primary initiative throughout the semester.

*Alterations/Cancellations of approved non-BTAA reservations will be communicated via email as soon as possible with a minimum of 24hrs whenever possible.

Please Note: On-site or Quick-Response IT support is not available in this room.

All equipment and software training should be completed prior to scheduling this room for instruction or specific teleconferencing needs.

In addition: The following criteria must be met for reservations to be considered.

- From a faculty/staff member of an academic unit of the School of Literatures, Cultures and Linguistics (SLCL) or the College of LAS.
